C&rsquo;est ce que pr\u00e9voit le premier alin\u00e9a de l&rsquo;article 715 de la <em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www2.publicationsduquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/dynamicSearch\/telecharge.php?type=2&amp;file=%2F%2FS_31_1%2FS31_1.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Loi sur les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s par actions<\/a><\/span><\/em>&nbsp;(<strong>LSA<\/strong>) qui se lit comme suit:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">715. Une compagnie constitu\u00e9e, continu\u00e9e ou issue d&rsquo;une fusion en vertu de la partie I de la Loi sur les compagnies (chapitre C-38) doit, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">avant le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2016<\/span>, transmettre au registraire des entreprises des statuts de continuation conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sente loi. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, la compagnie est dissoute \u00e0 cette date.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, afin de se conformer aux dispositions&nbsp;de la LSA, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s&nbsp;concern\u00e9es devront suivre la proc\u00e9dure pr\u00e9vue aux articles 288 \u00e0 296 de cette loi.<\/p>\n<p>Les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.registreentreprises.gouv.qc.ca\/fr\/services_ligne\/les-statuts\/S00280.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">statuts de continuation<\/a><\/span><\/span> peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniquement sur le site du Registraire des entreprises.
