Il en est ainsi d\u2019une annonce gouvernementale provinciale faite \u00e0 la mi-mai introduisant un nouveau chapitre au <em>Code de construction<\/em><a title=\"\" href=\"\/21-%20MARKETING\/11%20-%20BLOGUE\/01%20-%20ARTICLES\/blogue%20Construction.docx#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> visant le rehaussement de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des nouvelles constructions de certains immeubles commerciaux, institutionnels, industriels et r\u00e9sidentiels (voir le d\u00e9cret 486-2020 du 13 mai 2020<a title=\"\" href=\"\/21-%20MARKETING\/11%20-%20BLOGUE\/01%20-%20ARTICLES\/blogue%20Construction.docx#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>). Et donc, \u00e0 compter du 27 juin prochain, les normes seront mises en vigueur et le secteur de la construction b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019une p\u00e9riode transitoire de 18 mois pour les mettre en place. Bonne nouvelle, oui, mais alors que les concepteurs, les entrepreneurs, les travailleurs et les fabricants doivent se remettre de la pand\u00e9mie, ils devront parall\u00e8lement se familiariser rapidement avec les exigences du nouveau chapitre et leur application.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le b\u00e2timent \u00e9tant l\u2019un des secteurs cl\u00e9s pour lutter contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, le gouvernement anticipe, par la mise en \u0153uvre de ces normes, une r\u00e9duction des frais de consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, en plus d\u2019une diminution des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 18 000 voitures par ann\u00e9e. Afin d\u2019illustrer, les nouvelles mesures porteront notamment sur la performance thermique des portes et fen\u00eatres, la puissance d\u2019\u00e9clairage int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur et l\u2019isolation des murs, des toits et des planchers<a title=\"\" href=\"\/21-%20MARKETING\/11%20-%20BLOGUE\/01%20-%20ARTICLES\/blogue%20Construction.docx#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Alors que ces mesures occasionneront des co\u00fbts de construction estim\u00e9s \u00e0 138 millions\u00a0$ par ann\u00e9e, elles permettront aux exploitants, propri\u00e9taires ou locataires d\u2019\u00e9conomiser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20,2 millions\u00a0$ par ann\u00e9e.
